Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the Wealth Planning Solutions Hub's resources, databases, templates, and knowledge repositories.
- Maintain and update legal templates, standard documentation, precedents, and internal resource materials, ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory developments.
- Develop and maintain pitchbooks, product guides, factsheets, frameworks, flowcharts, training materials, and other business support resources.
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing legal precedents, frameworks, and documentation, while supporting the development of new templates and resources.
- Assist in the assessment, onboarding, and implementation of complex wealth planning structures and transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support wealth planning solutions involving trusts, family offices, insurance structures, philanthropic vehicles, variable capital companies (VCCs), and other fiduciary arrangements.
- Liaise with external legal counsel, tax advisors, and professional service providers on wealth planning matters and strategic initiatives.
- Support the review and analysis of legal and tax opinions relevant to wealth planning structures and transactions.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives for Relationship Managers, Wealth Planners, and Trust Managers.
- Monitor legal, tax, regulatory, and industry developments across key markets and prepare updates, briefing papers, factsheets, and wealth planning publications for internal stakeholders.
- Support strategic projects and business initiatives led by the Head of WPSH, including project coordination, implementation tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Drive the adoption of AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions within the Wealth Planning Solutions Hub to improve productivity, knowledge management, and operational efficiency.
- Support innovation initiatives involving AI tools, automation opportunities, and digital transformation projects within the wealth planning function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience within Private Banking, Wealth Management, Trust Services or any related field.
- Familiarity with wealth planning structures and solutions, including trusts, family offices, insurance structures, philanthropic entities, and succession planning arrangements.
- Practical experience in leveraging Generative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
- Experience managing resource repositories, knowledge management platforms, databases, or documentation frameworks.
- Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
